Class Information:

Life Science is the study of living things. During the course of the year, students will explore the six kingdoms of life, construct ideas about life science concepts from first hand observation and hands-on experience, and develop an understanding of the relationship and importance of all living things.

Students will learn to do science as they make observations, predict outcomes, come up with new ideas, analyze information, and communicate their findings with confidence.  I hope to create an environment in which students are engaged in learning about the natural world and the scientific principles needed to understand it.
